TOS

If I do not have a base, clothing, or asset the extra cost is non refundable, so that I can complete your commission.
Please keep this in mind.
Refunds will always be case-by-caseUpdated Tos 8/11PaymentsAll payments must be paid before the commission startsI take paypal, venmo, and cash appRefundsI will refund your project in full before the start of your commission, if need be for any or no reason. Please keep in mind refunds take 2-3 weeks to process.Everything beyond the start, is case by case.I am very reasonable, if the commission is not up to your standards, please communicate with me.RefsheetsI do not require proof of refsheet ownership. But if i catch you stealing photos from other artists, I will be forced to deny your commission.Ai - Im not a fan of these as a form of reference. I can take it as inspiration. But it significantly increases the chances for your commission to be a higher price...You own the rights to your own personal commissions. I can not tell you what to do/sell with them. But do not claim the work as your own.
